Caladan’s on board step sequencer has up to 64 steps, has 4 note polyphony and notes can can either be ‘dialled in’ Korg SQ-10 style on played in from external midi keyboard. Oh, and each of the 8 synth parts has its own sequencer!

Just one of my favourite synth sounds to make. ‘Mentasm’ from the Roland Alpha Juno. Or simply a ‘hoover’ if you’re and old ass British raver like me. It was fun throwing this together on the Caladan, using the DCO3 Analog card. The think it pulls it off perfectly! A full video update drops this Friday evening (UK time)

TSA had a field day with my ‘development station’ suitcase.
I had not locked it knowing they would probably open it. They returned the favor by locking it after ripping it open, not putting shit back how I had it in there to protect it AND then locking it with some new code so I had to break open the clasp ruining the case…
